A small team with many digital colleagues

nadicode brings digital colleagues into small and medium companies, to work next to their people.

Why

Marble people work together with laptops in an Italian loggia overlooking the sea.

We believe the most beautiful work in a company is done by people: understanding a customer, inventing a product, making a hard decision. For decades we also asked them to retype, recheck, summarise. Today, for the first time, machines understand our language and can take that part. Every time this has happened, from looms to calculators, we went on to bigger things. Now it is people's turn again. It is their renaissance.

The mission

What only large companies could afford until now, we bring to small and medium ones, the core of Europe.

Our own company first

  • How we build. This website, its words, its images and animations, Nadia, the Portal and Alveare: at nadicode everything is made by AI, our digital colleagues, under people's supervision.
  • Built this way. We built Nadia, the Portal and Alveare this way: in four and a half months, from May to September 2026, digital colleagues wrote more than twelve hundred changes to the software, and people decided what to build.
  • The founder. He built Syneto and has worked for twenty years at the limits of technology, business and marketing.

Research

A marble person works at a laptop by an open Venetian window at night.
  • Software dark factory

We study how a team of digital colleagues builds software under human direction.

  • Autonomous systems

We test colleagues on work with several steps and on collaboration with people.

  • Work inside companies

We explore AI in administration, production and other company roles.

Who we work with

We come into the company together with the IT firm that already looks after it.

Let's talk

It starts with a conversation: we choose together the first job to hand over, and you see it at work before you decide.
